Our Model

model-icon1
We develop cluster-based high value agriculture and allied livelihood projects in selected rural catchments after conducting a detailed research and survey analysis with the help of our ground team and partners.
model-icon1
We research and assess a variety of variables within several themes including technical, agro-climatic, socio-economic, demographic, and infrastructure conditions before developing our programs. One of the key points of assessment are market access and logistics.
model-icon1
In every region that we decide to work in, we collaborate with credible grassroot partners like trusts, foundations, community organisations, etc. who ensure selection of credible and eligible farmers for the project. We work with our operating partners in understanding the nuances of planning and implementing different projects in the selected region, taking their inputs and providing them with complete project rollout details so that they can manage the ground level operations.
model-icon1
Once we decide to execute a project, we identify credible farmers to adopt our project. The identification of credible farmers in the region is done by our ground team in collaboration with our operating partner, who have a well established presence in that region and a complete know-how of the people and their background.
model-icon1
By planning and mobilising the backward and forward linkages of the project, and bringing in subject matter experts, we ensure that farmers adopt the project seamlessly with the best resources and training required.
model-icon1
One of our key interventions is to secure an offtake agreement with a buyer to purchase the produce even before starting the project.
model-icon1
After securing all the value chain activities and partners, we bring in credit support from a Financial Institution to undertake the project. We approach Financial Institutions with a proper project proposal that details, What we intend to do? How? Where? When? With whom? Opportunities, Operations, Financials, Risks & Mitigation, etc. The proposal is presented to different financial institutions to secure the best possible credit facility that can be offered to the borrowers/beneficiaries of the project. We structure the entire loan programme on behalf of the beneficiaries and ensure that mechanisms are in place for disbursement, usage, sale of produce and repayment.

Our technology platform is being developed after understanding the constraints of planning, implementing, managing and monitoring livelihood projects at grassroot level. We are developing our proprietary credit assessment and underwriting systems to ensure seamless assessment and decision making for all the stakeholders on credit dissemination for any project.
model-icon1
We also channel government schemes, institutional support, and other external resources where applicable/possible to extend benefits to our farmers.
model-icon1
Through our innovative and calibrated systems and processes, we are able to solve the requirements of all the stakeholders in the ecosystem at the ground level and help them achieve their desired objectives.
We target 7 UN Sustainable Development Goals

Decent Work and Economic Growth
Our programmes are designed to change the perception of farmers about farming. We are making them a profitable business activity as opposed to a mere livelihood. Additionally, we are also working towards rural youth employment in agriculture value chain activities.
